How long does a project take?
Most logos take two to three weeks from start to finish. Websites depend on scope, but typically run four to eight weeks. We’ll give you a timeline before we start.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. Most packages include two rounds of revisions. If you need more, we charge a small hourly rate. We want you happy with the work.
Do you offer ecommerce design?
We do. Full ecommerce sites with product pages, shopping carts, and payment integration. Pricing depends on how many products and features you need.
What if I'm not satisfied?
We work until you’re satisfied. If something isn’t right, we fix it. Your satisfaction is the whole point.
Do you work with small budgets?
We do. We offer basic packages for startups and small businesses. Quality doesn’t have to be expensive.
Can you help with branding?
Yes. We handle logos, color schemes, typography, and brand guidelines. Everything that makes your brand recognizable.
What file formats do I get?
You get everything you need. For logos, that’s vector files, PNGs, and JPGs. For websites, you get the live site and all source files.
Do you offer ongoing support?
We do. After delivery, we’re available for questions and minor updates. For larger changes, we quote separately.
